The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA), under its leadership, is commited to protecting and improving the environment in Lagos State. The agency aims to safeguard air, water, land, forests and wildlife, aligning with Nigeria's constitutional mandates on environmental protection.

LASEPA seeks to assist organizations in achieving environmental compliance by promoting environmentally friendly solutions. The agency also supports the adoption of Best Available Technology (BAT) to mitigate environmental challenges at a sustainable cost

The agency aspires to foster a clean, safe and healthy environment by implementing policies and collaborating with both local and international stakeholders. It prioritizes environmental sustainability and professional environmental management practices, including monitoring air and water quality, regulating emissions and encouraging green development initiatives.

Using mass transportation provided by the government , proper vehicle maintenance and cleaner fuels (like CNG) will greatly reduce vehicular emissions. Together, we can turn down the volume and transform Lagos into a noiseless city.
